French Prime Minister warns employers over job creation targets

France's Prime Minister has warned that major corporate tax breaks could be "redirected" if companies don't commit to creating jobs. Manuel Valls was referring to the lack of progress in implementing the "responsibility pact" of €41 billion in tax cuts in exchange for the creation of one million jobs.
