Congress leaders in Visakhapatnam have alleged that top film director Ram Gopal Varma 'lost mental capacity'. Taking this further, Vizag Congress leaders have submitted a petition to Vizag Mental Hospital Superintend that RGV has no mental balance. Apparently, Congress leaders were upset with RGV's controversial film Vangaveeti in which he's going to portray their beloved leader Rajeev Gandhi.
