Başbakan Ahmet Davutoğlu ve diğer kamu yetkilileri ile bir araya gelecek Papa Francesco, ardından Diyanet İşleri Başkanı Mehmet Görmez’i ziyaret edecek.

Pope Francis arrives in Turkey
Pope Francis, the religious leader of the world's Catholics arrived in Turkey on Friday to pay two days official visit.
The plane carrying Pope Francis and accompanying delegation has landed to Esenboğa airport in Turkish capital of Ankara at noon hours. Turkish Foreign Minister and representatives of Christian community welcomed leader of catholic world at the airport with a brief ceremony.
Pope's first destination in Ankara will be the newly constructed lavish Presidential Palace where he will be Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's first guest of honor. After the meeting the two leaders are expected to address the media together.
Pope Francis will start his visit in Ankara, where he will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu and Religious Affairs Directorate President Mehmet Görmez in separate meetings on Friday. He is also scheduled to visit the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic.
Pope Francis will be officially welcomed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at newly- built presidential Ak Palace.
