Venkatesh has become choosy with his films of late. He has taken so much time before signing up a movie under Maruthi’s direction. Venkatesh took a very big break after Gopala Gopala waiting for the right script to do a film as the solo lead. Finally Maruthi came up with Babu Bangaram script that got an instant nod from the veteran. Venkatesh and Maruthi have planned to complete this film by March end so that they could release at the right time during summer. However the filming of this film is not going as per planned because of Nayanatara.
