The Very Organized Thief is a great game with a lot of replayability.
You go into a house to steal a specific list of items (and any cash you come across), then you have to get out of the house before the owner comes home or sneak around him and escape the house.
There was a kickstarter for a more developed version but it seems the developers had cancelled it but had not stopped development on the game. It has also successfully made it through Steam Greenlight
