In this part we are at the asylum where we have been for past fourteen years. Nazis order the asylum shut down, killing all the patients and executing Anya's family when they try to resist. We witnesses all of this and awaken from vegetative state as we are about to be executed. We kill the execution squad, then rescue Anya and escape the asylum with the officer in charge of the operation as our captive. We go to Anya's grandparents' farm, where they tell us that the Nazis forced the United States to surrender in 1948 by dropping the most powerful atomic bomb in history on New York City which killed 200,000 people, and that the members of the ensuing Resistance were captured.

Wolfenstein: The New Order is set in 1960's Europe, three years after the events of Wolfenstein, in a world where the Nazis won the Second World War. The story is told through William "B.J." Blazkowicz, who is tasked with launching a counter-offensive against the Nazi powers that have taken over the world.
