Eufaula, OK - Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released dash camera footage of the chase with the man who shot and killed a bank president, took a female bystander hostage and shot and injured a bank employee.\n\nMultiple law enforcement agencies pursued Bank of Eufaula robber, Cedric Norris and hostage Julie Huff going northbound on SH-69 at speeds of 75 miles per hour. The suspect vehicle then proceeded to exit onto Onapa Road, turned right and a few moments later, was spun out by an OHP trooper.\n\nDozens of gunshots were exchanged soon after.
