Washington's top spy chief told the Senate Armed Services Committee Tuesday that Russia is "paranoid" about being challenged by NATO and its efforts to rival American power could push it into a new Cold War. The committee also heard from the US Defense Intelligence Agency Director that the IS group will probably attempt to direct attacks in the US in 2016.
