10th Armored Tiger Division In World War II

This video, narrated by actor Lorne Greene, documents the battle history of the 10th Armored Division in Europe during World War II. Produced by the U.S. Army in 1965 and titled "Tigers On The Loose," the video includes on camera interviews with several of the division's officers and enlisted men.

The video begins with the division training at Fort Benning, Georgia, in 1942 and its departure from New York in September 1943.

Includes the fight to reduce the city of Metz, the division's efforts to hold Bastogne and the fighting to clear the Saar-Moselle Triangle.

Also documents the capture of Trier, the crossing of the Rhine and the division's drive into Heidelberg, Ohringen, Ehingen and Ulm.

The video ends with the division returning to the United States.
