Many of the workers face ill treatment, abuse and even thrashed by the Arab men, as seen in the below clip, where a Punjabi is repeatedly hit by an Arab man. The Punjabi should be given credit for not reacting however he is powerless in Dubai, even if he got lawyers and attorneys to press legal charges he would still probably lose out. Dubai is given a lot of credit but the reality of the place is far from perfect.
