Footage has emerged of a waterfall in Hartland Quay, Devon, UK, turned into a 'raging torrent' by heavy rain ahead of storm Imogen.
Storm Imogen is the latest storm to hit the UK this winter after storms Henry, Gertrude, Frank and Desmond.
