World leaders at an international donors conference for Syria have pledged almost $10 billion to help millions of people displaced by the five-year conflict.
But how much of that aid is likely to get through to those most in need?
And all those billions aside, are rich countries doing all they can in the face of what's been called the largest humanitarian crisis of our times?
