PSYCHO-PASS GREATNESS IS BACK!!! (and near that s1 lvl with Urobuchi and I.G. going in!) - KOUGAMI WENT IN LIKE A BEAST!!!! - AKANE HAS GROWN SO MUCH - SIBYL ENDGAME + GLOBAL SCALE IS EPIC - THAT AFTER CREDITS SCENE THO.better not be Urobutcher on that Phantom fiend mode - regardless I feel like this film definitely teases at some sort of sequel (still need a greater sense of resolution and closure where sibyl is concerned)\r
ANIMATION/ART = SUPERB.Production I.G. taking Psycho-Pass to that GITS lvl - F*** MIKA SENTIMENT STILL STRONG - ALSO THAT MUSIC.LING TOSITE FTW!!!\r
Some may complain that the psychological/phylosophical elements were lacking and I agree, however, the exposition in that regard that we did get was quite good and theres def the theatrical element of spectacle and beast action so.yea\r
Note on the English voice acting:\r
forgot to talk about the english. it was hit or miss for me. some VAs did really well while others.not so much. but ultimately it was used to create that ubiquotous global setting that the film hinged on. They could have gone without it after referencing the translators or simply just gone the route of all japanese with the understanding that evyone was speaking different languages but, was appropriate for the air of the movie and ultimately handled really well (barring some scenes that had no need for it and the volitale switching that took place\r
