London, Feb 05 (ANI): A United Nations' panel has ruled in favour of Julian Assange, who was detained in connection with sexual assault, saying that the UK and Sweden are 'arbitrarily detaining' the WikiLeaks founder. Speaking at a news conference via a video link, Assange said the opinion of the panel was substantial as the lawfulness of his detention is now a matter of settled law. Assange added that this significant victory has brought a smile to his face.
