Delhi Police Special Cell arrests IS suspect

New Delhi, Feb 05 (ANI): One person suspected to be working for the Islamic State (IS) has been arrested from Delhi by the Special Cell Police on Friday. Mohsinh Ibrahim Sayyed, who hails from Mumbai, was arrested from Kashmere Gate ISBT area. Rs 85,000 was recovered from his possession. Elaborating more about the suspect, Special Commissioner of Police (Special CP) Arvind Deep said Sayyed’s is around 26 years old and he is a resident of Malad West in Mumbai. He also said that he was part of Roorkee module and will be produced before court today. He further shared that he was planning to go to Syria and was arrested last night based on a tip-off from a central intelligence agency.
