Bengaluru, Feb 04 (ANI): Home Minister of Karnataka G. Parameshwara on Thursday said Tanzanian student assault case is definitely not a racial attack. Parameshwara added that the case has been transferred to City Crime Branch (CCB) officer and they are asked to submit the enquiry report within two days. He assured that if there are any lapses on part of police, they will take serious action against the guilty.
