What do you get when you combine a FIFA 16 Barcelona Career Mode with Pokemon? You get most SUPER EFFECTIVE career mode of all time! Come, help me choose my starter pokemon in this is career mode that is unlike any other. While I am using Barcelona as my team, this will not be about realism. This is rethinking and remixing FIFA 16 career mode to find a new way to play the game. And if you give it a fair shot, you might just enjoy this Masterball of a career mode. \r

The Rules to the Pokemon Career Mode: \r

1. Every team we face counts as a random encounter. If we beat that team, we are able to capture a random player off their roster. By capture I mean add them to the shortlist and transfer them in when possible. This is the only way we are allowed to transfer players into the club. The number of goals we score will be the number of pulls we get. But we can only keep one of those pulls decided by fan voting. \r

2. If the match ends in a draw, we are still able to pull a player from their roster, but it must be from their bench and its only a 50% catch rate. Which means we need to flip a coin to see if the capture was successful.\r

3 If I lose a match, it will cause a player on our team to faint and be unavailable in the next 2 matches. We choose the player by who had highest player rating in the last match. The number of goals we lose by, will be the number of players who faint.\r
