Follow ‘naming, shaming policy’ against perpetrators: Jaishankar

Jaipur, Feb 3 (ANI): Addressing a gathering at the Counter-Terrorism Conference-2016, Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar on Wednesday said policy of ‘naming and shaming’ should be followed against perpetrators and supporters of terrorism in order to curb the global threat. He added that double standards over terrorism should also be exposed. He further stated that social media’s use should not be confused with terrorism and financing of terrorist groups needs to be stopped. The Counter-Terrorism Conference is being organised by India Foundation in collaboration with the Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur.
