Jammu, Feb 02 (ANI): Commenting on the delay in Jammu and kashmir government formation, National Conference (NC) leader Devendra Rana on Tuesday said both Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have created "constitutional crisis" in Jammu and Kashmir. He added that both the parties must decide whether they want to form the government or not. He further added that National Conference party is ready for fresh elections and is confident to win it.
