After we failed to get on the Gringotts ride yesterday after waiting nearly 5 hours before it broke down, we were able to get on the ride today by way of Express Pass. Universal handed out Express Passes to folks impacted by the ride breaking down last night and not coming back up before closing. We were able to walk through the entire queue, including getting our vault IDs, and riding the elevator.
Overall, the ride is simply amazing. One of the best rides that Ive been on. The ride uses a combination of track (like the Mummy), 3D thrill ride (like Transformers) and performs moves that Ive never seen before on a track based ride. Really awesome stuff that should be seen in person.
