Standup comic and sports blogger Angelle Marie “Puff” Massion was caught on camera spitting at a black mother and calling her “nigger” after being splashed by water at Oak Streets Beach in Chicago. Massion ranted about free speech and the constitution before authorities arrived. According to police, Massion attacked and spit at them as they attempted to arrest her. Margaret J.
