Waverley St. Railroad Crossing Malfunction, 3/4/14

After the train passed (See ) the arms went up, but the bells kept ringing, and the lights flashed along. There were CN trucks near by, so 2 trucks came to the crossing. A little while later they were able to shut off the crossing.
