New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI):Army Chief Dalbir Singh and the Indian Army paid tribute to former army chief general KV Krishna Rao. Krishna Rao (retd) passed away in Army's Research and Referral Hospital on Sunday. As per the sources at the hospital, the 14th army chief died of cardiac arrest. Marshal of the Indian Air Force Arjan Singh also paid tributes to the former army chief.
