Kolkata, Jan 30 (ANI): Social activist Ruby Mukherjee on Saturday said that offenders who commit offences like gangrape should be counselled. She further said that the case should be investigated further. Earlier today, three convicts of the rape case were sentenced to death by a city court while three others got life imprisonment.
