NASA has released another composite image of photos the Curiosity rover took of itself as it worked on Mars.
NASA has released Curiosity’s latest selfie from Mars.
The image shows the complex-looking machine standing amidst terrain that appears to be covered in dark brown, fine grains on one side with some shallow rocky bumps on the other.
The agency’s press release explains that “The scene combines 57 images taken on Jan. 19, 2016, during the 1,228th Martian day, or sol, of Curiosity's work on Mars.”
