Patna, Jan 29 (ANI): Seeing the list of 20 smart cities as disregard, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav on Friday said since Bihar is "less developed" if compared to other states, it should have been given importance in the smart city list. Tejashwi emphasised that India cannot develop unless Bihar remains under developed. Tejashwi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ignoring people of Bihar and not releasing the package offered during general elections.
