Tibetans-in-exile pray for Dalai Lama’s long life

Dharamsala, Jan 28 (ANI): Hundreds of Tibetans-in-exile in Dharamsala on Wednesday offered prayers for long life of their spiritual leader the Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lama is in the United States for a health check-up. Monks and nuns gathered at a Buddhist temple for a day-long prayer ceremony. President of Tibetan Women’s Association, Dolma Yangchen, said the prayers were organised for early recovery of the Dalai Lama. The Nobel Peace laureate visits Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, for a yearly health check-up.
