Ammon Bundy, the leader of the armed militia occupying the federal-owned Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, was arrested with five other militiamen after a confrontation with the FBI and Oregon State Police on a highway near Burns on Tuesday. One militiaman was killed in the confrontation and Ammon's brother Ryan Bundy sustained minor injuries after being shot by police.
