Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff on Working with Ecuador

Speaking before the fourth CELAC summit, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff spoke about the meeting she had with Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa on joining forces in the fight against economic stagnation.
