This is the footage of the illegal attempted eviction on 16/07/2015 at Katy Stones flat in sheffield brought on by some really shady antics and Lewis Wadsworths incomptance the letting agents which as caused all sorts of problems ranging from court apperances and section 21s that never arrived the footage you see is sometimes broken as was under duress to back them up and had to vault over the back balcony which is 1 floor up to run around to the front of the flat to confront bailiffs as i was not opening the door now the letting agent is getting a cock on about this video but I think they should take a look at the sheffield forum which as information on this letting agent going back 2004 and some of it pretty damining so suck it up buttercups No Rent was owing on this property infact it was payed 6 months upfront before the tenant moved in which was around 3000for which thier is documentation. then the rent was payed on time to Katys best efforts and to what she was aware of ??.The problem here is the very dodgy section 21 that never arrived at the property and was allegdley posted by the MD of lewis wadsworth letting agents of sheffield this never arriived !!!!!!! it is our firm belief that the lanlord as no knowledge of what as transpired or the antics of lewis wadsworth and the fact that they refused to set up a direct debit on the property which surley is normal practice..? so sadly katy was removed for paying 3000upfront and rent on time it just does not make sense for a property owner to remove a tenant in the present climate when everything is being asked of the tenant via the contract signed?! your thoughts .please Rob.
