Capitol Hill sledding ban is lifted, hundreds of sledders rejoice

Last month, Congress approved a $1.1 trillion spending deal that included a line directing the U.S. Capitol Police to ease up on an official sledding ban and to allow the city’s iconic hill to once again serve as a snowy sledding slope.
