New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and B-Town's latest export to Hollywood Priyanka Chopra have been reportedly confirmed as the brand ambassadors of Incredible India's campaign, replacing Aamir Khan. Earlier, actors Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone were also considered for the respectable position. According to reports, Amitabh and Priyanka won't charge a single penny for the Central Government's initiative. Amitabh is already the goodwill ambassador for Polio UNICEF campaign and also endorses the Gujarat Tourism. The official announcement of the new brand ambassadors will be made after January 26. Bollywood star Aamir Khan, who promoted Indian tourism for almost a decade, was recently dropped from the campaign, as he stirred a controversy after he expressed 'alarm and despondency' over rising instances of intolerance in the country in the past few months. Aamir had said that hat his wife Kiran Rao even asked if they should move out of India as she feared for the safety of their children.
