Use Equipment for Zora's Mask to unlimited breathing for (Super Not-Drowning Skills). and unequip Zora's Mask to change link for zelda while in surface but can breathe underwater if you start choking within the time limit per heart then if when time is zero all lose a heart HP will drown link and back to selected area, continuation time and start with 3 hearts.
if Goron Mask during underwater will fall and back to selected area with change link.
