Features:
Ready-to-use with most drum kits - comes pre-programmed with MIDI note mappings which work with most popular drum kits. (You can easily customize the note mappings if needed).
Integrated PlayStation® (2 or 3), or Wii® game controller with navigation joystick, Start, Select, and Back buttons. Everything you need to control your PlayStation or Wii and navigate menus. Plugs into a USB port with the supplied cable.
Adjustable MIDI note velocity threshold so light taps or crosstalk can be ignored.
MIDI notes can be mapped to each note channel any way you wish. Several MIDI notes can be mapped to each game channel (or note color). For example, you can
map both the rim and pad notes to same channel.
Two independent note maps are available. You can have different mappings for different songs, or one set of maps for Rock Band, another for Guitar Hero. You can quickly switch between maps, even on the fly.
Includes Windows software to easily view and edit note maps, log and examine MIDI data, test your settings and diagnose problems. Save and recall settings. (Use of software is optional -- the MIDI Rocker LX can be completely programmed using the front panel controls).
MIDI OUT option for connecting to MIDI input on GHWT drum controller (for Wii or Xbox). Automatically converts MIDI data into values required to work with the GHWT controller and filters out data which causes double-hit issue on the Wii. No modifications are required to the GHWT controller.
Free firmware updates. Flash memory for firmware upgrades to add new features and compatibility with new games and devices.
Hey everybody what is up and welcome to rock-gamer. Now today i teased on twitter a bit that there maybe a solution for people who have electronic drum kits or electronic drum kits or third party controllers they want to use for rock band 4. Now there actually is a company that did make a midi rocker LX. Its sort of like an adapter you buy and it allows you to use your drum kit on rock band on the past generation of consoles and the companys name is Byte Arts and the reason i am talking about it today is because they posted a message on facebook saying they are looking to whether they can support rock band 4, at least a lot of people who have an electronic drum kits to use them on rock band 4 they are looking at buying an adapter for that but they really want to hear from the fans to see if they are interested and thats why i am letting you guys know if you want to use your electronic drum kit or ion kit or whatever third party controller you want to use go to the link down below in the description and reply to their facebook message. A bunch of people have already have i have its not clear it seems like theyve posted that they are not sure whether the xbox one will support any sort of adapter because the xbox adapter doesnt really allow third parties to use their controllers so it seems like its more likely its going to happen on the ps4. hopefully you can get it to work on the xbox one for those of you guys who are going to buy rock band 4 for that console. If you guys do want to use your electronic drum kit go to the link below, like their page as well as tell them you want them to release this adapter. i know for sure if they release it i am going to buy it. the only other question i have about it is whether or not pro drums will work with it. If you plug in your electronic drum kit can you just play regular drums or will it actually know that the midi notes are mapped to certain cymbals and toms and be able to differentiate between that. That basically does it for today. i want to thank you guys for watching and stay tuned tomorrow morning i am going to have a preview for my god is the sun what it looks like or what it may look like as full band expert so tune into that tomorrow and if you guys want to stay up to date for
