Dharamsala, Jan 22 (ANI): Tibetan Prime Minister-in-Exile Lobsang Sangay condemned the Chinese government's spiritual cataloging system and termed it an attempt to control the reincarnation system of Lamas in Tibetan Buddhism. The Chinese government had recently launched an online database of Tibetan 'living Buddhas', which Tibetans view as a broader struggle to control the legacy of their spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.Sangay, in Dharamsala, said the Chinese government lacked credibility and legitimacy in spiritual matters. Members of Students for Free Tibet (SFT) staged a protest at a market place in Dharamsala. SFT director Dorjee Tsetan said Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama's name was not listed. The protestors were seen wearing Chinese army uniform, while one was seen wearing the mask of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
