Lucknow, Jan 22 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a convocation ceremony at Ambedkar University in Lucknow on Friday. This is PM Modi's first visit to Lucknow after assuming the office. This visit comes in the middle of a fierce onslaught on his government over suicide of Dalit research scholar Rohith Vemula.
