Theresa May 'deeply disturbed' by Litvinenko inquiry findings

Home Secretary Theresa May has said she is 'deeply disturbed' by the findings of a public inquiry into the murder of ex-spy Alexander Litvinenko.
The former Russian agent was killed in 2006 in the UK and his murder was "probably" approved by President Vladimir Putin, according to the inquiry.
