Europe is in a relatively "good situation" but still has "unsolved problems" according to Germany's Finance Minister, Wolfgang Schaueble.
He also thinks we must all get used to the slowing pace of economic growth in China.
Mr Schaueble was talking to the BBC's Tanya Beckett at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
