Chandigarh, Jan 21 (ANI): Congress leader Kumari Selja on Thursday held Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) responsible for the recent suicide of a Dalit scholar in the Hyderabad University and accused the ruling party at the Centre of preaching the ideology of 'çaste politics.Selja said that the Congress always stands for the depressed and poor in the country. Rohith Vemula, a PhD scholar, committed suicide on Sunday evening.
