This year's official theme at Davos is "Mastering the Fourth Industrial Revolution". We spoke to Philip Jennings, General Secretary of the UNI Global Union, about the future of work and in particular the impact of technology. He believes that companies like Uber do not offer a credible model and criticises what he calls the "gig economy". He also tells us why he thinks Britain needs to stay in the European Union.
