Thomas Lee Dillon Dillon is a serial sniper who shot and killed five people in south-eastern Ohio, beginning on 1 April 1989 and continuing until April 1992. Dillon was captured in 1992 when a friend recognized a behavioural profile compiled by the FBI. Dillon is incarcerated at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, for five consecutive sentences of 30 years to life for aggravated murder.
