It's Penguin Awareness Day and what better way to celebrate than by watching a penguin belly flop into water.
This footage, filmed towards the end of last year at Edinburgh Zoo, shows an excitable penguin running around before belly flopping into a pool.
The video also shows a group of penguins waddling around in the adorable manner only they can manage.
