Chaser Hank had the chance to get into the shark tank at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey.
Biologist Nicole Gioia supervised Hanks turn in the tank and told him that sharks are oftentimes misunderstood.
“Sharks do not attack people on purpose at all. If that happens its a mistake that they made trying to hunt something large like a dolphin or a seal or something, but sharks dont look for people,” she said.
75 shark attacks are reported ever year worldwide and back in 1916 there were five incidents of shark attacks in New Jersey alone.
