Great Surf Workout to do by yourself. You can do this at a gym or at your house. This surf exercise should be done at a slower pace for proper training and minimizing injury. Do not take a break for the entire circuit. If you are starting your surf training today, do 1 set of all these for 1 surf circuit. As you build your stamina and technique you can do 2 rounds then 3 then 4 rounds of this surf circuit.
