THE video shows a man taking to the water in Dundee as he takes his jet ski out for a spin.THE recent floods have left many people stranded as they can't get anywhere in their cars and there's constant rail problems.
But this quick-thinking Dundonian doesn't have that problem as he jumped on his jet ski and took it for a run in the flood water.
Many people have been suffering from the poor weather and t emperatures are set to drop below -10 this week.
The video, posted on Facebook by Lynne Paterson, has been shared 1,743 times since being posted yesterday.
It follows a man in England doing similar last week to beat the floods.
