The ICRC says that it is struggling to treat patients in some parts of Yemen because basic infrastracture and medical supplies are sorely lacking, and says that in some cases hospitals have been targeted by air strikes. It estimates that there have been more than 100 attacks on health care facilities since the conflict began.
