Today, I spoke the House floor to support and stand with the Sikh community. As many of you know, recently, two Sikh men from Fresno were brutally attacked, and very sadly, one of them lost their life. My deepest sympathy and condolences are with their families. The attacks on them are really an attack on all American citizens who choose to practice their religion and observe their cultural heritage. I commend Chief Dyer and the Fresno Police Department for working diligently to find the individuals responsible for the attacks
