This is quite possible the worst marriage proposal we have ever seen - and could cost the idiotic policeman and his pals their jobs. In this ridiculous footage a gang of riot police pull over a car at gun point. They drag a terrified woman out of the car and order her to stand with her hands behind her head and leave over the car bonnet. But instead of being a real terrorist attack, this was staged by a team of Russian riot police who clearly should have known better. As the bewildered woman is standing there by the side of the road, one of the cops races to the boot to grab a handful of helium balloons, while another bends down on one knee to pop the question. Will you marry me? the man asks. The woman who was in tears and it is unclear whether it is from shock or joy, then sobs for a short while longer, before saying: I will. A video of the incident which happened in the city of Rostov-on-Don in south-western Russia was posted online. It has attracted widespread criticism, with many saying the stunt was foolish, while others have said a definite no would be their answer if their partner had proposed in that way. Many agreed it was certainly creepy, and now it could also have consequences for all those involved after it was revealed their superiors were furious when they were made aware of the video on Russian social media network VKontakte.
