Technique :
First, kneel on the ground such that your thighs, hips, and knees are perpendicular to the floor.
Take the thigh inwards and then keep your hands on the hips such that the palms are on your buttocks and the fingers are pointed towards the ground.
Now take your chest up, bring your arms down, and bend the body backwards.
Keep the hands on the floor such that the palms touch the floor.
Now keep the front side of the feet on the ground and learn to balance the body on the feet and the palms.
Now balance the body in this pose and lift the hands up.
Try to catch the legs with your fingers.
Now breathe in, breathe out, and keep steady in this pose for around fifteen seconds.
Release
Repeat this pose for at least five times.
