Puerto Rico efforts to boost local food production

Puerto Rico's Agriculture Secretary has warned that the territory has only one-month's worth of food on hand. Now the goverment is trying to redevelop the agricultural sector, Al Jazeera's Robert Ray reports from San Juan.
